Where else was it so dark? (Except for that creepy cellar in Hometown, which makes a weird sound when you get close enough) This can be backed up by the fact that Deltarune was already in development when Undertale was released.īasically, the first three lines “DARK, DARKER, YET DARKER” was a reference to Deltarune’s Dark World. Unlike my other theory, which was probably crazier than most, was as long as a speech, and had no references to begin with, this will be the exact opposite of all that! (Much like Deltarune itself being the opposite (in a lot of noticeable ways) to Undertale)īasically, the Wingdings-written “Entry Number 17”, as well as some other efents in Undertale was a clever allusion to Deltarune. (I have posted it here in case the original goes. Go play them both! It’s worth your money, and one is completely free! (In all seriousness, don’t read this unless you ve llayed both, which in most cases, you might have.) If you haven’t played Deltarune, or Undertale. WARNING: This post contains spoilers for Deltarune and (maybe) Undertale.
